OSEM Style files
Format of the
style file is as follows. First line contains the number of subsets in the
style file (NumSubSets). The following NumSubSets lines have first integer being number of
projections in this subset (NumProjs), followed by NumProjs integer projection
indexes (range 0..Number of projections - 1).
The basename
for each style file is arbitrary, but the extension must be the number of
projections in three characters. e.g. File name for 64 projections will be ARBITRARY.064
