R is designed to
reconstruct projection/sinogram sets in Interfile format. It is a command line
driven program compilable on many hardware platforms, running a variety of
operating systems. Executables for Sun and WindowsNT systems are available. It
is also known to work on DEC and SGI machines.
Section Installation
deals with setting up your system for correct use of R and companion programs.

Summary describes briefly why you might use each of the programs in the
OSEM package distribution.

details program usage. The parameters and the affects of all the options on the
reconstruction.
Section File
model.ikl describes the content of the Interfile key list file for R.

optional files used optionally when doing an OSEM reconstruction.

Matrix Definition provides detail of assumptions made about the weight
matrix and efficiency of use. It also estimates memory requirements.

Proofs provides hand waving, wishy washy proofs that various features do
